She leveraged 17 years of product development and management at IBM to invent the role of "Organization Coach". Currently, Jane's focus is on helping leaders make the high impact transition from merely influencing others to reproducing excellent leaders.

Jerry, PhD, DMin, and Sharon Graham have been a “coaching pair” for over 25 years with an extensive background in ministry, counseling, and coaching. Jerry's focus on leadership and Sharon's focus on wellness brings a powerful synergy to their work. Both have been leaders in training coaches and shaping the industry.

Bob Logan is President of CoachNet International Ministries and an internationally recognized authority in church planting, church growth, and leadership development. Also a prolific author, Bob develops innovative coaching strategies for cultivating healthy, reproducing church movements across the world.

Christopher McCluskey, MSW, LCSW, PCC, is founder/president of Coaching for Christian Living and leader of the Christian training track at the Institute for Life Coach Training. Chris specializes in marital enrichment, life balance and simplicity, and leadership development.

Dr. Jeff Myers, PhD , is a Associate Professor of Communication Arts at Bryan College who has developed curriculum and spoken to hundreds of thousands of students, teachers, parents and business leaders over the last 15 years. Jeff is also President of Passing the Baton International, a ministry devoted to developing next-generation leadership.

Judy Santos, MCC, is a Master Certified Coach and founder/president of the Christian Coaches Network. Coaching full-time since 1997, she has been a forerunner in the field and also co-leads the Foundational course (Christian Track) at the Institute for Life Coach Training.

Norman Thiesen, PhD, is Professor of the Graduate Program in Counseling at Western Seminary, Portland, Oregon. As a licensed psychologist and ordained minister, Norm focuses on training counselors and coaches. The masters in coaching program he oversees provides a rich seedbed for fresh academic research in the field of coaching.
